Terms
Updated 19/10/2026
These are the terms this site is offered under. They are short because the service is: we arrange a quote, somebody else does the work.
What we actually do
Newcastle Tree Lopping arranges quotes. The service is a referral: you describe a job here, a local tree contractor receives it, and they come back to you about it.
We are not the ones on the tools. The tree contractor is an independent business and the work is theirs.
What to expect
Send the form and the tree contractor covering your area receives it. Expect a call about the job, and a quote from them if you ask for one.
The price in that quote is the tree contractor's. We do not decide it and we cannot commit them to it.
Nothing here is a quote and nothing here is an offer to carry out work.
Who is responsible for the work
If you go ahead, your agreement is with the tree contractor, not with us. They are responsible for the work, for what they promise you, and for putting right anything that goes wrong with it.
Satisfy yourself about that business before you agree to anything. Ask what they are entitled to do, ask for their terms, and get the scope of the job in writing.
What we ask of you
Give details that are correct and that are yours to give. If you are enquiring for somebody else, make sure they know.
Do not use the form to send anything abusive, and do not use it to sell to us.
About this website
There is no guarantee this site is available at any given moment.
Nothing on it is written about your job in particular. It describes the work in general terms, and the specifics come from the tree contractor once they have seen it.
Australian Consumer Law
Read everything above subject to this: the Australian Consumer Law gives you rights that cannot be signed away, and nothing on this page attempts to. Where it conflicts with them, they win.
Which law applies
These terms are governed by the law of New South Wales, and its courts deal with anything that arises from them.
